Here is a global directory of beauty retailers with a link to their websites. The list is not exhaustive, and I will add to these and update them as and when. I have compiled an alphabetical list which includes the websites of cosmetic brands, and a separate list for brands only for ease of reference.

Allbeauty.com ~ An online website based in the UK where they offer discounts on top brands and free delivery on orders over £20.
Beauty.com ~ Along with sister site drugstore.com, they offer a wide range selection of brands with 5% back on eligible purchases.
Boots.com ~ A major chemist and stockist in the UK with their own brands (No.7 and 17 Cosmetics), and with their Advantage loyalty card there are always beauty and fragrance offers available.
Bloomingdales ~ The store has an excellent beauty hall, and the website has gift with purchases and loyalty points. Cosmetics are only shipped in the US.
C.O. Bigelow ~ The oldest apothecary in the US houses a wonderful range of classic brands and cult brands, and their own range of products.
Cultbeauty.co.uk ~ An online retailer that offer free worldwide shipping on orders over £50.
CVS Pharmacy ~ One of the major pharmacies in the US. The store has its own Beauty Club which s free to join and offers discounts in addition to the Extra Rewards loyalty scheme it runs.
Debenhams ~ A department store that carries popular brands, and offers sales and discounts throughout the year.
Drugstore.com ~ Along with sister site beauty.com, they offer a wide range selection of brands with 5% back on eligible purchases.
Feelunique.com ~ This online retailer offers discounts and 10% off your favorite brand for life once you sign up, and 10% student discount.
Fragrancedirect.co.uk ~ A discounted retailer that sells discontinued lines or overstock products. Stock varies weekly, and occasionally they have flash sales with 10% off the site for a few hours.
Groupon ~ A major discount site where you can find discounted beauty products, treatments, and beauty boxes.
Harrods ~ One of the most famous department stores in the world with exclusive brands, and launches.
House of Fraser ~ Originally a Scottish department store which owns established stores such as Kendals of Manchester.
John Lewis ~ A UK department store where they stock major cosmetic brands and exclusive brands, like Neal’s Yard Remedies. They are never knowingly undersold meaning that they will match the price of competitors.
LookFantastic ~ An online beauty retailer that also offers a beauty box subscription, and free delivery for several countries.
Lord & Taylor ~ A traditional department store in the US with an easy to use website that ships internationally.
Macy’s ~ One of the first department stores in the US, where the beauty hall always has offers and specials, and is a favorite for major launches.
Rite Aid Pharmacy ~ One the chain pharmacies across the US that offers weekly discounts on cosmetics and skincare products with their loyalty card.
Selfridges ~ A famous department store that often gets exclusive launches and gifts in the beauty hall. New brands have been known to have pop up stores here including Birchbox in the UK.
Sephora ~ A beauty superstore with its own range of cosmetics. With a generous loyalty club, samples and gifts are offered with each order, and the site has weekly specials.
Walgreens ~ One of the big pharmacies in the US stocks the basic beauty needs for each household. The weekly ad offers used in conjunction with the Balance Rewards loyalty card can save money on beauty buys, and designer fragrances can be bought online.
